Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking a semi-local CDL A driver to operate in CO and WY. You will complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time while adhering to safety regulations.

Typical schedule features 10–12 hour days, 1300 miles per week, and average two layover nights (Mon and Thu). Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid CDL A, have a clean MVR, and be able to pass a DOT urine drug screen.

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years

Compensation Pay: $1540 to $1700 per week.

Semi Local: Monday to Friday., Start times: 4am....Driver will average a 10 to 12 hour day.

Driver will layover an average of 2 nights per week. Typically on Monday and Thursday.

Operating Area: Drivers on this semi-local job will operate in CO and WY.

Miles per week: 1300., No Touch Freight.

Duties: Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21, Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine Test.

Moving Violation:

• No more than 2 in the last 3 years.
• Warnings on PSP will count towards moving violations.

Accident:

• No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years.

Tickets:

• No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets.
• No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience.

Felonies:

• All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years.

Misdemeanors:

• All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.

DUI/DWI:

• No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
• If Driver has 2 DUI's, they will be considered if both are prior to 2002.
• Drivers with a DUI/DWI in a CMV may be considered for employment with appropriate SAP paperwork.
