Herman N Logistics in Manteno, IL is seeking dedicated semi-local Class A CDL drivers to service the Lowe's account. You will deliver preloaded appliances with 53ft trailers on no-touch freight and stay assigned to the Manteno location during time off.

Expect evening start times (1900–2200), 10–11 hour days, 50–55 hours weekly, and home time of 1–2 nights per week. PTO starts immediately; sign-on bonus offered, with holiday pay and other bonuses available.

Pay & Bonuses

Average Earnings: $1,826 per week ($95,000 per year)

$0.820 CPM (Cost Per Mile)

$10,000 Sign-on bonus

$30.00 Live Stop pay

$15.00 Long Drop & Hook pay

$20.00 per hour Detention pay & Safety Training pay

$200.00 per day Holiday pay (available immediately with no waiting period)

Schedule & Home Time

Work Week: Tuesday – Saturday (could occasionally work a 6th day during peak season or to cover absent drivers)

Start Times: Evening dispatch between 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1900–2200); times vary based on customer schedule

Shift Duration: Average 10–11 hour workdays (50–55 hours weekly average)

Home Time / Overnight: Semi-local route; drivers are out in the truck 1–2 nights per week

Holidays & PTO: Off Thanksgiving and Christmas. Earn PTO immediately (1.5 hrs/week; increases to 2.5 hrs/week at 6th anniversary per company policy)

100% No-Touch Freight (loads are all preloaded)
