Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.

• Must maintain on-time delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loads from lumber facilities on a 100% no-touch freight basis.
• Adhere to customer procedures for checking in loaded trailers and dropping trailers at designated locations.
• Maintain on-time deliveries and efficient route execution.
• Operate within Midwest semi-local routes; overtime and schedule adherence expected.
• Assist other accounts in the area when freight volumes are low as needed.

Earn $85,000–$108,000 per year hauling no-touch lumber freight on semi-local routes across the Midwest. This dedicated position offers a $5,000 bonus, consistent Friday–Tuesday scheduling, two consecutive days off, and online orientation through Direct to Work.

• Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,635–$2,077

• Pay Rate: $0.61 CPM
• Average Miles: 2,500 per week
• Schedule: Friday–Tuesday
• Days Off: Wednesday and Thursday
• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• Shift Length: 10–12 hours
• Potential to be home one night per week when routes, weather, and traffic allow
• PTO accrues starting immediately at 1.5 hours per week, increasing to 2.3 hours per week at the sixth anniversary and 3 hours per week at the nineteenth anniversary
