Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring for a CDL A tanker driver to operate in Savannah, GA. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional on-call; shift 7AM–5PM with overtime eligibility.

Pay is dependent on experience and paid weekly, at the Savannah branch location. We offer a robust benefits package after the first full month, including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, and generous vacation/personal time.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement and DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a semi, wrecker or flatbed preferred.
• Must load, offload and secure equipment with chains and binders.
• Customer-oriented with ability to instruct customers on safe operation and complete paperwork.
• Team-player with effective communication with co-workers and customers.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Position Requirements

• You must have an unrestricted class A CDL with a Tanker Endorsement and DOT Medical Card.

• Must possess physical agility to load, offload, and secure equipment with chains and binders
• You are customer-oriented, you will instruct customers on the safe & proper operation of the equipment, complete paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• You are a team-player maintaining communication with co-workers and customers effectively and professionally.
• Are you bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!
