Resource Innovations is seeking a full-time SEM Coach to deliver SEM initiatives for industrial and commercial customers under utility programs. The role blends engineering, relationship building, and project management to engage customers, deliver training, and continuously improve SEM delivery.

The SEM Coach will work with RI Energy Managers and Engineers to provide focused SEM expertise within an existing customer relationship, driving value without rebuilding the function from scratch.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Professional experience in the energy efficiency industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to distill complex ideas into concise communication.
• Willingness to travel up to ~20%.

Responsabilidades

• Support SEM programs to achieve energy savings goals.
• Lead virtual and onsite events to identify and prioritize energy reduction actions.
• Coach customers to integrate SEM tools and habits into existing business practices.
• Deliver cohort training and onsite facilitation with tracking and reporting.
• Review energy performance results with the client and provide feedback.
• Promote continuous improvement of SEM delivery and processes.
• Provide clear technical assistance and scope development as needed.
