Job summary

Resource Innovations (RI) seeks a full-time SEM Coach to deliver SEM initiatives for industrial and commercial customers under utility programs. You will work with RI Energy Managers and Engineers to enhance existing customer relationships through cohort learning, best practices, and accountability.

Responsibilities include leading virtual and onsite events, coaching client teams to integrate SEM tools, delivering training and facilitation, and reviewing energy performance data with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
• Professional experience in the energy efficiency industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience delivering SEM programs preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support SEM programs to achieve energy savings goals.
• Lead virtual and onsite events to identify and prioritize energy reduction actions.
• Coach customers to integrate SEM tools and habits into existing business practices.
• Deliver professional cohort training and onsite facilitation, tracking, and reporting.
• Review energy performance results with the client, including AMI data and energy intensity models.
• Provide excellent customer service to utility clients and program staff.
