Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach to guide energy teams in commercial and industrial facilities across northern Illinois. You will coach plant and facility management, lead continuous improvement plans, and facilitate training workshops and energy audits.

The role requires travel to program sites, occasional Oak Brook office collaboration, and a focus on data-driven analysis to identify energy savings opportunities; a Lean/Six Sigma background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to analyze industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistics.
• Willingness to travel to program participant sites and attend Oak Brook meetings.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support multiple utility clients across northern Illinois.Your main goal is to help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management.
