Position: Selling Supervisor - Topanga Boutique, Canoga Park, CA
Your Work Environment

The Selling Supervisor is responsible for coaching associates to deliver an elevated customer experience, managing categories and sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and assisting with daily team supervision.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales: Achieve sales goals set by HQ, motivate the sales team, and utilize client relationship resources to enhance service.
  2. Customer Service: Support associates with customer issues, empower decision-making, and serve as a mentor and problem solver.
  3. Operations: Use POS and inventory systems effectively, manage store opening/closing, ensure inventory accuracy, and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Visuals: Collaborate with Visual Managers to uphold merchandising standards and enhance the shopping experience.
  5. Human Resources: Develop staff through goal setting, supervise team adherence to policies, and identify training needs.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficient in standard software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • College degree or equivalent
