OVERVIEW
The Sales & Service Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for executing Alo’s business and guest experience strategy. This role is passionate about sales, guest experience, and talent development, ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include moving throughout the store, assisting guests, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to improve processes
  • Lead the Sales & Service team to deliver an outstanding guest experience through coaching and feedback
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships daily
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage and support sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
Business Leadership
  • Represent the store in meetings and conference calls with the General Manager
  • Monitor and manage budgets, sales metrics, and reporting, supporting planning and review processes
People Leadership
  • Lead the team to embody Alo’s mission and principles, fostering communication and accountability
  • Develop talent through coaching, training, and succession planning
  • Create effective schedules aligned with business needs
Partner Collaboration
  • Support operational efficiency through execution of the Alo Sales and Service Model
  • Work cross-functionally with business partners to meet organizational goals
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and accountability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
Schedule & Availability

Full-time employees should be available for opening, closing, weekend shifts, and during the holiday blackout period from Thanksgiving week through early January.

The base pay ranges from $32.00 to $36.06 per hour, with eligibility for monthly bonuses. Total rewards include clothing allowance, employee discounts, 401K, health plans, and more.
