LGI Homes is seeking a Selling Sales Manager for the Terrata Homes community in Winter Creek. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of New Home Sales Consultants, drive annual sales goals, and guide homebuyers through the purchase process using the LGI method to deliver exceptional service.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the success of a community, driving sales the LGI way while leading and supporting a team of New Home Sales Consultants. You'll actively sell homes and guide homebuyers through the process using our proven LGI way to deliver results and exceptional customer service.

As a Selling Sales Manager, you'll recruit, select, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed annual sales goals. You'll provide ongoing training and development, set monthly goals, and lead weekly group training sessions.

This role requires a proven track record of high sales performance, along with experience in training, managing, and motivating a team. The Selling Sales Manager should possess exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.

Weekend work is a required aspect of this position.

Compensation:

Total Compensation:$224,207 - $364,831+ with uncapped potential*

Base Salary: $24,000

Commission: 2.5% commission paid on all closed sales and $500 override paid on all closed sales in the community

Bonus Structure:Paid at each level of units closed within a calendar year ($5,000 - $30,000 based on number of units closed)

*(Range based on $7 million in volume - $11 million in volume closed with a 2.5% commission on an average sales price of $460,551.20, paid car and phone allowance).
