Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking a Selling Center Design Specialist to work on-site at a single Home Depot store in Weatherford, TX. You will design and sell Tuff Shed buildings, build relationships with store leaders, and generate leads and sales at the location.

The role offers hourly pay plus earned commissions with first-year earnings expected between $45,000 and $60,000, plus hands-on training and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends is a must.
• Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Customer service experience is a big plus.
• A competitive drive.
• Ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software such as customer relationship management systems.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage sales pipeline, generating, tracking and reporting new customer leads.
• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation services to clients at your Home Depot store.
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store.
• Utilize CRM tool to update customer interactions and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on our products.
• Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.

Join our team as a SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST! We offer comprehensive training and an HOURLY + COMMISSION COMPENSATION plan. You will be responsible Tuff Shed sales at a single Home Depot location and you will receive commission on sales made at this location.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST

Tuff Shed's Partnership with Home Depot: As a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS), you will be the liaison between Home Depot, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You will work on-site and positioned at a single Home Depot store and sell Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers. You will build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates to leverage Home Depot customers to generate leads and sales.

• Working on-site, at assigned Home Depot store including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.


• Manage sales pipeline, generating, tracking and reporting new customer leads.


• You will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients at your assigned Home Depot Store


• You will leverage their employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales


• Working weekends, you will plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store


• Utilize our Customer Relationship Management tool to update your customer interactions and next steps


• Build strong relationships with The Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on our products


• Maintain our display sheds for presentation, and cleanliness
