Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores in El Paso, TX, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings. You will build relationships with store leadership and customers, manage a sales pipeline, and regularly plan lead-generating events.

You’ll work with Home Depot leaders on updates about sales performance and displays. The role offers unlimited commissions, hands-on training, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

• Eligible to receive Earned Commissions.


• A weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy payment (if earned commissions are less than the minimum guarantee.)


• Annual compensation could potentially be between $55,000 - $75,000 with commission.
