Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to work on-site at Home Depot locations across the Myrtle Beach area. The role focuses on building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and coordinating lead-generation events to drive sales.

You will learn products deeply and train others, with strong computer skills to support merchandising and reporting. Expect weekends, holidays, and some evenings as standard retail hours.

• Comfort with sales processes and updating stakeholders on progress.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and use new software.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage a sales pipeline and coordinate lead-generation events.
• Build relationships and provide product updates to Home Depot leadership.
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable and signage is up-to-date.
• Assist with training teammates and communicating product knowledge.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN AREA SALES & DESIGN SPECIALIST

• Working on-site, at assigned Home Depot stores including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.


• Manage a sales pipeline.


• Regularly plan, coordinate, execute lead generating events and leverage event sales.


• Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships.


• Enjoy training others and communicating product knowledge.


• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.


• Partner with Home Depot leaders providing updates on sales performance, merchandising and displays.


• Ensure our Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; signage is updated.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.


• Proven relationship building skills


• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

• A weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy payment (if earned commissions are less than the minimum guarantee.)


• Annual compensation could potentially be between $55,000 - $75,000 with commission.
