Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Selling Center Design Specialist to act as the liaison between Home Depot customers and our company. You will work on-site at a single Home Depot store in Selma, TX, selling Tuff Shed buildings and earning commissions based on sales at that location.

The role requires weekend on-site availability, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage leads, coordinate store events, and update CRM with customer interactions and next steps.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to provide design consultation to customers.
• Willingness to work on-site at a Home Depot store, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales pipeline, generate and track new leads.
• Drive sales growth by consulting customers on shed designs.
• Leverage Home Depot associates and traffic to generate opportunities.
• Plan and attend weekend events at the Home Depot store.
• Update customer interactions in CRM and outline next steps.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leaders and train staff on products.
• Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.

"DESIGN" YOUR CAREER AT TUFF SHED!
Join our team as a SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST! We offer comprehensive training and an HOURLY + COMMISSION COMPENSATION plan. You will be responsible Tuff Shed sales at a single Home Depot location and you will receive commission on sales made at this location.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST
Tuff Shed's Partnership with Home Depot: As a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS), you will be the liaison between Home Depot, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You will work on-site and positioned at a single Home Depot store and sell Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers. You will build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates to leverage Home Depot customers to generate leads and sales.

• Working on-site, at assigned Home Depot store including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage sales pipeline, generating, tracking and reporting new customer leads.
• You will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients at your assigned Home Depot Store
• You will leverage their employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales
• Working weekends, you will plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store
• Utilize our Customer Relationship Management tool to update your customer interactions and next steps
• Build strong relationships with The Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on our products
• Maintain our display sheds for presentation, and cleanliness
  

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

• An hourly rate plus eligibility to receive Earned Commissions with possible earnings ranging between $45,000 - $65,000.
