You will engage customers on the floor, process transactions at the cash wrap, and ensure stock is floor-ready and replenished to brand standards. A flexible schedule, weekend availability, and a team-oriented mindset are required.

Responsabilidades

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions at the POS.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and suggests additional items.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for sale floor placement.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and the stock-out process as needed.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock to enable efficient replenishment.
