Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH in Naples, FL is seeking a Selling Advisor to deliver elevated customer service, build client relationships, and act as a trusted style confidante. You will service clients in-store and digitally, using the latest technology to reach and convert fashion-minded shoppers.

You will demonstrate fashion authority, drive personal sales, and collaborate with a dynamic team while leveraging omni-channel tools and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fashion retail and styling is preferred.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience selling via digital tools and omni-channel marketing.
• Commission-based sales experience is a plus.
• Flexible work schedule is required.

YOU WILL BE:

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority-both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma / equivalency required
• A flexible work schedule
