Role Summary

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor serves clients in our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. The role is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobe.
• Showcase products differently based on whether a client is remote or in‑person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology, using omni‑channel and fleet‑wide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe goals.
• Strategize your own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobe, successful outreach, and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

Qualifications

• Motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Commission sales experience (if applicable).

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $10.00 – $30.00 per hour (varies by geographic location). The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher‑cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
