As the Selling Advisor, you are a salesperson who provides outstanding customer service, excels in developing long-lasting client relationships and succeeds at increasing sales volume. • Implement the appropriate selling behaviors and exceed sales plans.
• Develop a clientele base
• Maintain and gain the knowledge on the brands we offer (Product Knowledge)
• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events and client build
• Ad hoc responsibilities

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The hourly rate for this position is between $17-24 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Salary Range $17.00 - $23.00* Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
