Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Seller Governance Program Manager Intern for 2027 Summer to join the Global Operations team in Mexico City. You will work on real governance projects with the Region team, learning how a global platform designs and enforces policies at scale, including AI-enabled workflows.

You will assist in research on market regulations, support data checks, review cases, and help prepare documentation for governance programs while developing analytical and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 3 months.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research on market regulations, industry practices, and emerging risks.
• Support data checks and analysis to monitor governance metrics and identify trends or root causes.
• Help review real cases to surface insights that inform policy and enforcement improvements.
• Support AI-assisted governance workflows: e.g. helping test prompts and evaluate AI outcomes.
• Help prepare documentation, reporting, and cross-team communication for governance programs.
