The position involves preparing complex financial models, client presentations, and documentation while coordinating with junior staff to meet deadlines. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

2 years of investment banking experience.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, and/or accounting or related required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent).
Series 63 license and 79 (required to obtain within 6 months of hire date).
Proficiency with financial modeling, client presentations, and valuation analyses.
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, PitchBook, and AI prompts and agents.

Responsibilities

Sell-side M&A analysis and documentation including pitchbooks, CIMS, and marketing documents.
Identify buyers for sell-side clients and track deal-related information.
Assess companies as investments for buyer clients and forecast trends for acquisitions.
Serve as point of contact for clients and support engagement pitching and execution.
Communicate effectively with senior and junior team members.
Lead recruitment, development, and training of junior resources.
Coordinate time-bound deliverables to meet project timelines.
