US Storage Centers is hiring an Assistant Manager Self Storage to drive rental sales and ensure outstanding customer experiences at our Duluth properties. The role spans inside-office tasks and on-site property duties with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule and occasional weekend work.

Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and are eligible for bonus programs; travel of 10–25% may be required for training and field activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Work both inside an office and on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walks to verify spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Engage with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
