Job summary

US Storage Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage to support multiple Denver-area locations, including Littleton and Lakewood. The role reports to the District Manager and is full-time, with a 9:00 AM-6:00 PM schedule and weekend potential. Travel up to 50%+ is required, with pay in the $17–$18/hour range.

The position includes property marketing, daily site visits, and customer-focused service. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-focused roles is preferred.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property.
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to training center.
