Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations in Colorado, including Larkspur. The role involves assessing customer storage needs, selling packing supplies, and ensuring units are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include daily cash handling, auditing drawers, and helping customers stay current with payments. You’ll work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, with some weekends until 5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience coming from customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Daily inspections to ensure inventory and readiness to rent units.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
