Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, to assess storage needs and propose packing solutions.

Daily tasks include inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent, cash handling and deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments through reminders and collections. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
