Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside, to assess storage needs and drive sales of packing supplies. Daily inspections ensure inventory and unit availability, enabling rentals.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, payments follow-ups, and maintaining curb appeal across properties. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented background in retail/food service.
• Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Perform daily property inspections and ensure units are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits where required.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
