Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to join our team across multiple properties in Tennessee. You will work independently at various locations, both indoors and outdoors, and help renters choose storage solutions while promoting packing supplies.

We offer flexible, full-time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm (weekends until 5pm), mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package after meeting hours. Performance bonuses are available for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible/full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing/moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
