Job summary

Public Storage in the United States seeks Property Managers to work at multiple locations with flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm.

You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, perform daily inspections, audit cash, and help guests with payments.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between properties; mileage reimbursement offered. Benefits accrue after 20+ hours; bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail or service industries.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
