Job summary

Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations in a customer-focused capacity. Earn $15.50 per hour with a total rewards package including benefits after meeting full-time hours.

Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, selling packing supplies, conducting daily inspections, and handling cash deposits plus payments reminders. Mileage reimbursement and performance-based bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
