Job summary

Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader seeking Property Manager candidates. Earn $20.50 per hour with full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Mileage reimbursement and benefits are included, with bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities include working independently at multiple sites, assessing storage needs, selling packing supplies, inspecting units daily, and handling cash deposits and payments reminders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and process deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
