Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work at multiple locations, combining indoor customer service with outdoor site visits. You will assess storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections.

You will manage cash drawers, deposits, and payments while staying compliant with company procedures. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to travel between properties; mileage reimbursement is provided.

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based companies.

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
