Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple sites in our self-storage network. You will evaluate customer storage needs, recommend packing and moving supplies, and help ensure units are ready for rental through routine inspections.

Responsibilities include cash handling, bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments while traveling between properties. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible full-time hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, or other service-based settings.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, assisting customers and assessing storage needs.
• Suggest packing and moving supplies as needed.
• Perform daily inspections to confirm inventory and make spaces ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits.
• Assist customers with timely payments and make reminder/collection calls.
