Storage Star Management in Albany seeks a Self Storage Store Manager to oversee daily operations, rentals, payments, security, and customer service at our facilities. You will be the face of the company, ensuring a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for customers.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. We offer a monthly bonus, supportive team, great work‑life balance, and benefits.

• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and walk the entire facility at least twice a day.
• Comfort with performing light maintenance and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Shifts varies weekly, 5 days a week, hours are:

• Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No late nights or early mornings!
