Storage Star Management LLC in Vacaville is seeking a Self Storage Store Manager to greet customers, oversee daily operations, and ensure the facility is secure and well maintained.

You will drive rental activity, process payments, perform light maintenance, and train new hires, all while enjoying a structured schedule, a generous benefits package, and a monthly bonus program. The role requires a positive, team-oriented mindset and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
• A valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and walk the entire facility at least twice a day.
• Comfort with performing light maintenance and lifting up to 30 pounds.

• Manage daily operations, including renting units, processing payments, and ensuring the facility is secure and well-maintained.
• Meet company and site sales goals while providing outstanding service.

• Assist with training new hires and help them get acclimated to our processes.

Work Location:

Home store will be at our Vacaville location; however, this position can float between all of our stores in the North Bay area (currently covering our stores in Fairfield, Napa, Novato, Rio Vista, and Vacaville).

Work Schedule:

Shifts varies weekly, 5 days a week, hours are:

• Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No late nights or early mornings!
