Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations, assisting customers with storage needs and selling packing supplies. You will inspect units daily, manage cash drawers, and help customers stay current on payments, including reminders and collections.

The role offers full-time schedules with mileage reimbursement and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based).
• Must have a valid driver's license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work at multiple locations, serving customers inside and outside.
• Assess storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle banking deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and conduct reminder/collection calls when required.
