Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager in Prosper, TX to oversee operations at multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily inspections, and manage cash drawers and deposits.

You will work independently, travel between properties using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed), and help customers stay current with payments while supporting a flexible, full-time schedule with benefits and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service-based).
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Able to transport items up to 35 pounds and spend time outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work at multiple locations independently, handling both indoor and outdoor tasks.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily work.
• Assist customers with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required.
