Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies to help customers rent space.

Daily duties include inspections, cash handling and deposits, and keeping payments current with reminder calls. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required; mileage is reimbursed. This is a full-time, hourly role with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented sales background requested.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections and ensure units are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits.
• Make reminder and collection calls to keep payments current.
