Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting packing/moving supplies. You will conduct daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent and handle routine cash deposits and payments.

Travel between locations using your own vehicle is required; mileage reimbursement is provided. A background in customer service and sales from retail or service industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process deposits accurately.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections as needed.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.
