Job summary
Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a dedicated Self Storage Maintenance Technician for Anchorage. You will perform day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and preventive care to keep facilities safe, clean, and operational, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and light HVAC tasks.
The role emphasizes hands-on, independent work with a focus on timely repairs, curb appeal, and safety for staff and customers, while supporting property operations and asset integrity.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of general maintenance experience.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC work.
- Complete work orders promptly and ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, including landscaping and snow/ice removal as needed.
- Perform regular inspections of units, gates, lighting, security systems, and other facility equipment.
