What You’ll Be Doing
- Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
- Help customers who show up to the store. Rent a unit, take a payment, get a review when you make the customer’s day.
- Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
- Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
- Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance.
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
- Take care of the place and the customers.
