Job summary

Public Storage in Florida is seeking a Property Manager to oversee multiple storage locations. You will work independently at several sites, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring spaces are ready to rent and customers receive excellent service.

You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, and manage payments with reminders when required. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required
