Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and recommending packing and moving supplies. You will inspect units daily to ensure inventory and rental readiness.

Responsibilities include cash handling, bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, reminders, and collections. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations and assist customers with storage needs, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business routine.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
