Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through outreach (calls, letters, invoices).
• Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property including light maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with auction prep as required by law.
• Maintain organized tenant documentation.
