Job Title: Sales and Service - Self Storage Assistant Manager

Reports to: District Manager

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Status: Full-time

Location: Servicing properties in Crystal - Hanson Court and Fridley - Central, MN

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, subject to change; ability to work weekends.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Travel: 10-25% of the time

Job Description

  • Market and sell self-storage solutions effectively.
  • Work independently, both inside an office and on the property.
  • Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Conduct daily property walks to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
  • Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Requirements

  • Effective 5/7/25, must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to the San Antonio training center.

Physical Requirements

  • Transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Walk around the property, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of the time outdoors.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas.
