Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to lead enterprise self-service capabilities for brand-compliant communications. You’ll design templates, manage platforms, and empower teams to create approved content independently without heavy marketing support.

You will partner with marketing, clinical, and operations teams, ensuring governance, training, and adoption while continuously improving tools and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative operations or marketing operations.
• Experience designing scalable self-service content or creative platforms for large organizations.
• Experience managing enterprise template libraries, DAM, CMS, or related platforms.
• Proven track record collaborating across business, clinical, and operational teams to drive tool adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead self-service platform strategy, development, and governance for tools and templates.
• Design, build, and maintain branded templates, modular content, and digital assets.
• Partner with marketing, communications, digital, operational, and clinical teams to identify needs and prioritize enhancements.
• Develop governance processes, training, and user documentation for compliant tool use.
• Evaluate and optimize creative technology platforms and vendor relationships for scalable content creation.
• Monitor new technologies and best practices to enhance self-service offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
