Job summary

Banner Staffing Services in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and document nursing care for assigned patients. You will operate within Banner Health's standards, providing high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The RN will evaluate patient responses to care, adapt plans as needed, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. A current RN license and BLS are required, with acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice; BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.
• Banner Registry/Travel acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the health team and patient/family.
• Document assessments, planning and outcomes in the patient record and communicate with care team.
