Job summary

Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA is hiring Certified Nurse Aides to join a county-owned facility. You will be part of a large, dedicated staff providing compassionate care to residents in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Self-scheduling requires 72 hours per month with at least 24 on off-shifts and 24 on weekends; shifts include 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. First shift rate is $31.82/hr; other shifts $36.87/hr.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current valid PA Nurse Aide certificate.
• Prior CNA experience in long term care required.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting.
• CHRI check completed during pre-employment process.
• High school graduate or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in a county-owned long-term care facility.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident safety.
• Follow attendance and scheduling guidelines and complete required paperwork.

Westmoreland Manor is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Certified Nurse Aides! As an employee with us, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a County-owned facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task!

Self-Scheduling employees will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday – 7am Monday) per month. Hours not to exceed 1,000 in a 12-month period or 32 in one week.

Self-Scheduling employees will be given a schedule during orientation. After orientation, employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval.

First Shift Rate: $31.82

2nd, 3rd, & Weekend Shifts Rate: $36.87/hr.
