Job Description:

Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking motivated and energetic Registered Nurses to join our team as Self‑Scheduling Registered Nurses. As an employee with Westmoreland Manor, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a County‑owned facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite, and hospice care
• Work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 hours worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours worked on weekends (7p Friday – 7a.m Monday) per month
• Maintain a valid registration with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (License)
• Prior RN experience in long‑term care is required
• Submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task

Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $42.42 (First Shift), $47.47 (2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts)
