Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a reliable independent contractor to maintain and care for one storage facility. This 1099 engagement offers flexible scheduling and the autonomy to manage your own day-to-day workflow while delivering professional property care.

You’ll handle light maintenance, inspections, curb appeal, vendor coordination, and occasional auction prep, working independently with your own tools and transportation.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Reliable, responsive, and professional in communication.
• Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use tools such as drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes as needed.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning.
• Help maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris/items for disposal.
• Conduct routine property evaluations and coordinate with vendors for timely work.
• Monitor appearance and condition of the property; communicate issues promptly.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks as needed.
