Qualifications

Customer service and retail experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish and English highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
Oversee self-checkout units; demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence.
Serve multiple customers at once and anticipate issues before they occur.
Monitor scanning activity to ensure scanning accuracy.
Invite customers to use self-checkout lanes, especially if lines are forming in other lanes.
Demonstrate care and compassion for people; build and maintain positive team relationships.
Clearly communicate and enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety.
All other duties as assigned.
