Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Selector I for a third-shift night role in Boise, Idaho. The position supports the warehouse operations team, focusing on safe, accurate order fulfillment and efficient distribution in a foodservice supply chain environment.

The role requires experience with ride-on pallet jacks or forklifts, RF scanners, and order picking. It involves lifting up to 75 lbs (potentially 100 lbs) and enduring long shifts in coolers/freezers, on a full-time night schedule.

Our client, foodservice supply chain operations is seeking a Selector I to join their team. As a Selector I, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations department supporting order fulfillment and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, the ability to work at a fast pace while staying accurate, and the drive to meet customer order needs consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack and/or forklift to move products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Use a handheld RF scanner to pick, select, and build customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Pack and palletize product to prepare shipments for distribution.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including organizing materials and finished goods for efficient flow.
• Maintain inventory control and records management tasks as assigned, while working in temperature and humidity variations (non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen areas).

What's Needed?

• Ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience.
• RF scanner experience using a handheld arm scanner (not headset).
• Order picking and packing experience.
• Ability to frequently lift 10-75 lbs (up to 100 lbs) and frequently reach up to 72 inches.
• Ability to constantly bend and twist while operating equipment and retrieving products from lower shelves, including working in extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer) and standing/walking for 10-12 hours daily.
